Help!!

I'm almost 75% sure I'm pregnant I have all the signs I did with my first 8 days till my period should be here according to the first day of my last period it's been 3weeks. I've been nauseas for the last few days been bloated CANNOT for the life of me get wet during sex and the only other time I've ever had that problem is when I was pregnant with my first. My boobs hurt so bad.

I know it's early. But I took a test and it came out negative. Twice. But I still feel so run down and sick. But not like cold and flu sick.
