Hey to help those new to tampons

1 if you can't find the hole start at ur butthole and move the applicator up until you find the next hole. This is the right one

2 if your scared it hurts it doesn't!!! It will feel weird and may take a few tries to get right. If you are scared about it here's what I did my first time. I put on my fav tv show on my phone and then did it. Background noise helps I promise

3 use plastic applicators at first and make sure to use short/ small ones at first it will be so much easier

4 if you need to pull out a dry tampon, wet some toilet paper and put it on the hole where the tampon goes in and squeeze the water out. Do this a few times

4.2 if you have time take a bath then get out and try to take the tampon out
