Can the elderly sense things?

My husband and I have been ttc for 9 months now and we have hit every bump and curve on this journey beginning with a medication change that resulted in 0 sperm in October of last year to a full recovery of 317 million sperm currently! I work in a Hospital on the Medsurg unit where our Mondays are beyond cray cray but yesterday knocked me off my rocker as a co-worker and I went to take care of a patient who was very sick and elderly. She asked us which one of us had been married the longest and my co-worker said she had and then she asked me how long I had been married and I told her 3 years and then she asked is it a good marriage and I told her "it's the best" then she replied "your baby is beautiful" I asked my co-worker if she heard that and and she smiled and said she did and believed it to be an omen? My question is has this happened to anyone else and it resulted in a bfp? I also ovulated yesterday is it possible that she seen something I did not?
