Chamomile tea..?

Just had a cup of chamomile tea before bed to settle me down.... Is this ok in pregnancy..? I've heard mixed theories...

I just looked at a list of teas that my doctor said were safe and it's in that list.

I really dont know the answer and got mixed reviews when i was in my 1st trimester, because i drank it all the time to soothe my tummy. Im 33w now and baby is fine. I know everyone is different, but i thought thatd help.

I think unless you have hay fever allergies it's okay.

I was always told chamomile was safe. And it doesn't have caffeine.
