pcos and acne remedies
coming to the end of my pregnancy now, where my acne had mostly been at bay, however now seems to be returning. the only way I've been able to control acne before is using contraceptive pills. but I don't want to go back to contraceptive pills if I don't have to. anyone have any natural remedies/suggestions? (I don't have issues with my insulin). TIA :)
