My husband and I tried getting pregnant for almost a year

My husband and I tried getting pregnant for almost a year. I was on the drop shot for five years after our first son. My period was very irregular and it just wasn't happening. So we decide we would just stop trying and put it in gods hands and just left the topic alone this was about 3 months ago. Last night I had a dream that I had taken a test and it was positive. So I went out bought a test and figured it wouldn't hurt to just check and guess what. It was Positive. Super excited right now.
