7.5 month old suddenly waking up to eat

My daughter is 7.5 months and has been sleeping through the night for some time. But for the past week or so, she's been waking up 2-3 times a night.... starving! Like, I pick her up and she starts rooting around and sucking various parts of me until I can get settled to feed her. She does fall back asleep but she definitely is eating first and not simply comfort nursing.

I always feed her within an hour of bed time, it usually just depends how long it takes to get her changed (it takes longer if she's extra fussy or distracted, she'll roll around etc) and fall asleep.

Anyone ???
