ER visit😔

This morning there was a lot of blood, in 6 weeks as of today. I went to the ER, doctor said blood was mild and they took blood tests and an ultrasound. Yesterday an ultrasound showed what looked like a fetus, today after checking in the ER, all they could see was gestational sac and yolk sac. They said it could be too early to see fetus but if bleeding continues then it's a miscarriage. Bleeding has gotten lighter but I'm still worried 😔
