I'm not as educated on it as I should be, but as an outsider it seems like a real clusterfuck without much benefit.

No I disagree with Brexit. The main reason; why I voted to remain in the EU, was because our NHS is made up of millions of European staff., we are becoming short staffed, It will soon lead chaos.

We'll be standing alone when actually we'll be a lot better off being united, we'll have less control than being in the EU.
Ugh, I just think a lot people were very misinformed by the media about what they're getting themselves into by using the whole 'were British bulldogs who can stand alone agh!' and not actually thinking about the less fortunate members of society who's benefits are going to be cut, lots of migrants being turned away who actually help the economy and NHS, the NHS being even more unstable and possibly expensive (for example if you look up on how much it actually costs to have a baby it's pretty damn scary) You can tell that I don't like Brexit at all 🙈

No absolutely not. It's a real shame. I feel people voted for reasons related to immigration without realising that the EU only controls immigration to the UK within Europe. Britain has always controlled immigration outside Europe and people are misguided by this.
I also work for the NHS and I see a lot of our staff are from abroad and I think it's not good for morale nor 'thankful" to malign them. These people still see coming to the UK as an opportunity whilst our own trained staff are emigrating to Australia and the rest of the world.

I also think that leaving will truly mean we are not part of the 'big league' in world affairs. The way the world is at the moment, should we really be on our own?

No. People reckon they knew what they voted for. They didn't, I didn't. It was literally in or out and now these mostly rich folks are negotiating massive deals and I worry about their impact. Watched a programme on Brexit and farming last night, really worrying!!

I have to add that no matter what people's individual opinions, it was a democratic process and I think that should be honoured. Even though I don't agree with it, I think we all need to stick together to come out of this process as unscathed as possible.

So I have a very good friend who is English who is super pro-Brexit. I'm sorry I can't relay the 20 minute conversation we had about this, but it boils down to this:
The EI started as a currency exchange (basically) and became a bloated, beaurocratic institution with seats in their own government that really overstepped their place. That's why the EU has been dictating things like who takes how many refugees. 
Anyway. Her point was it has gone away from the purpose for what it was intended and is now trampling countries' rights.
