Idk if I can make it through this.

My boyfriend and I,of 2.5 months, broke up. I wasn't able to stop crying. It was mutual, but it just hurt so bad. When I brought it up and he said he didn't know if he still wanted to be together anymore. Later into the conversation he said he didn't care about me. It's been a week and I'm about back to normal. However, I have to go back to school and see him, I don't know if I can handle it. He was my first love but he didn't love me. Any tips on how to survive going back? Also how am I supposed to get back out into dating?
