Help me out please.

Ok so i feel really stupid asking this, I'm with a man now who is rather endowed... So we did our thing the other day and I started bleeding. So i have been spotting for four days and the cramps that went with all this were killer, I'm not cramping do bad now. I self diagnosed a brused cervix. I'm ovulating at the moment too. Has anyone gone through something similar?
