cramping on both sides

im 7weeks and 5 days started bleeding on and off no clots no painful cramps ,back hurt every now and then ,morning sickness has gotten worst soon as i hit 7 weeks being nauseous is part of the reason im so moody its like when i get up i can barely open my eyes without feeling dizzy and tired ....i have to sit there for the longest before just jumping right up .... im spotting now sometimes its like a period and the next day its just spotting ,i have a doc appt on the 15th so hopefully my rainbow baby stick
