Fertilaid and regular cycles
Has anyone taken Fertilaid with regular cycles ? I've been looking into Fertilaid for both me and my husband. I've read that Fertilaid is for everyone no matter if you have regular cycles, irregular cycles, PCOS, endometriosis, etc... But I have also read reviews of people with regular cycles saying it messed them up. My cycles is on average 30 days.
If it's not a good idea, does anyone recommend any fertility supplements that won't affect my cycle ?
