Second pregnancy

This is my second pregnancy and to be honest I don't even feel pregnant. I am 24 weeks along and I haven't felt movement at all. I have no symptoms whatsoever, the only I threw up was because a bug was going around town and that was only a day. I feel normal.. I go to all my visits, baby is in there and has a high beat. I also own my own Doppler and always hear her heart beat.. why don't I feel pregnant? I'm not even showing either.. i literally look like a stick.
