Daughter always getting scared ...

So my daughter is 10 months , she has a cousin the same age as her . We live in the same house ( we're saving to move out ) everytime my niece cries / screams my daughter gets really really scared . She shakes and cries. This happens every single time . My niece has a really loud cry / scream so I'm guessing that's why but I don't know if it's normal for her to get that scared. It bugs me because I feel bad for her when she gets that scared , she shakes and jumps uncontrollably. Any advice ?
