People that go to Mexico regularly and wanna see baby

My husbands grandparents have homes in Mexico and stay over there for weeks at a time. I don't think they are up to date on their own vaccinations and as I approach my due date it makes me nervous for them to be around my brand new baby. My doctor warned me about the risks of people that go out of the country and what diseases could be transmitted (tuberculosis, hep c, etc) I don't wanna be rude but at the same time I'd rather be rude than put my baby at risk. How should I handle it? What are some good ideas, I'm a FTM.
