Clear skin please?!?!

I've always struggled with my skin, and have tried a lot of creams that have only ever worked temporarily. Have any of you girls got any solutions?

I had terrible skin growing up but my tips are:
• drink 2500ml of water MINIMUM everyday
• don't use too many products on your skin because it can cause more bad than good
• the Clinique moisture surge is FUCKING AMAZING for redness and bumps
• Benefit boo-boo zap or the tea tree oil spray from lush gets rid of individual pimples like a dream
• DONT POP YOUR ZITS, LEAVE THEM ALONE AND THEY WILL GO AWAY THEMSELVES
DO. NOT. TOUCH. YOUR. FACE. UNLESS. YOUR. HANDS. ARE. DEFINITELY. CLEAN!

1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and 2 teaspoons of water. Use a Q-Tip or a cotton ball to apply it.

Cetaphil face wash has been my saving grace. I also use a toner called Dermadeli.

This and neutrogena pads is all I use. Well with the help of birth control.  My face only breaks out around my period with 2-3 pimples.
