Juice has no nutritional value!! Sugar increases cancer risk, heart disease, and diabetes. Sugar in fruit is ok because fiber slows absorption of sugar into the bloodstream and has more nutrients than the juice. The juicing process only provides water soluble vitamins and leaves the other, more important, vitamins behind.

My son isn't a fan which is fine. He loves water and homemade smoothies with fruits and veggies. He's still breastfeeding too so he's getting plenty of fluids 😊

Surgeon General recommends not feeding babied under a year juice. I plan on never giving my child juice unless it's some sort of special occasion. That's how it was when I was growing up. I rarely crave them as an adult because it wasn't a part of my life.
