Labor maybe?!?

Question

37 +2 .. 1cm dilated... 50% effaced. Scheduled to be induced 7/26 but I doubt if I make it. Super excited and nervous!

I've been 1cm and 50% Effaced for 2 weeks now 😣 I thought I was close too... nope here I am 39 weeks.

37.2 80% effaced and 4.7 cm dilated and no mucus plug. Constant contractions. I've been in what is called early labor for 4 days now.

What? How do I find out how dilated and effaced I am?! I have 38 week app on Monday...
I'm getting the odd 'cramp' and have noticed that over the last few days I have had a lot of pressure build up in my pelvis. 
No plug, no water breaking..
FTM - so I'm kinda confused...
