What is your bedtime routine for your little one? My daughter is 9 months old and EBF. She nurses just at night to sleep. For naps I have to rock her and she'll fall asleep.

She's never been a great sleeper. But here lately (last 3 months I'd say) she's been even more worse. Waking up anywhere from and hour to and hour an a half and takes forever to get back down sometimes.

I feel like I've tried it all... and I'm scared to "sleep train" I guess cause she stands up at her crib and will cry and cry and cry... for hours... and hours... until I nurse her back to bed or rock her.

Usually I don't mind because she will only be my baby for so long, but I've been getting cranky during the day from being so sleepy and tired.

Any help?!
