Absolutely not. Been there, done that. Never again. I felt like a parent more than a significant other. I don't date children. Actually I don't date anyone anymore being that im married lol but you know what I mean.

I no longer date guys w/o a car, or if they still live at home. I've found them usually to be fuck boys. 🙅‍♀️🤷‍♀️✌

I did before and it was hell. I felt like a taxi service, and although he bought gas a lot, I hated always driving and putting miles on my Jeep. This was when I was in my early 20s. I've learned!!

My boyfriend has a car but he currently doesn't drive it unless he's coming to visit me (we're LDR). And in a couple months when he moved for a year to a new city he won't be bringing the car. He uses the bus as he lives in a city with excellent public transportation. I personally don't have a car either. I get around my city very well on the bus and when I do use a car it's my hospital's truck we use to get out to farms in emergencies. I otherwise don't need one and neither does he. It's a money saver and less of a hassle for us. We're both 24/25 and it's not an issue at all- were both very independent, pay our own bills, etc. I honestly don't get why someone not having a car is an issue at all.

Yep. My husband didnt have a car when we met. I did but we got rid of it and walk everywhere with our son :)
