I've just had my first ultrasound today due to getting some spotting recently. Going off my LMP I should be 6 weeks today but my cycles have been very long averaging 38 days.

The ultrasound technician couldn't see anything in my uterus today and said because of my long cycles that would put me back about 10 days making me 4 weeks 4 days... I'm so confused because I got a positive pregnancy test when I would have been only 2 weeks pregnant.. is this even possible?!

I'm so confused how far along I am.
