Belly ring piercing help!

So I got my navel (belly button) pierced August 2016. It was great at first I clean it a lot and I always asked everyone who had them how long I should keep cleaning it 3 times a day and most people said after 3- 6ish months when it's healed just in the shower should be fine. So I've been cleaning it and there's always been a light yellow puss that always comes out if I push it up but in the last 4ish months it's been starting to form a red to purpleish bubble right next to it and it will be full of blood, puss, or just clear liquid. I almost always have to pop it cause it hurts and eventually it will start to scan over but then it will just do it again after a week or so. I've been on antibiotics for it and it never was 100% better and I don't want to take it out because I've heard it can make it worse and I also don't want to take it out cause I want it in. Please help me. Is this a sign of an allergic reaction? I just want it to be better! 😩
