Mama Health Question

So I know a lot of these are about our babes, but I'm curious as to how all the moms are doing 8 months PP. I personally am stuck at a body weight that won't go anywhere. My little dude isn't sleeping through the night so it feels like everyday I just simply need to survive so the whole exercise just isn't happening the way it used to. Stroller walks yes...but I used to Crossfit 5 days a week and felt amazing and lately I just don't even feel myself anymore and don't really know who I am. What can I do to jumpstart myself again and get ME back? I am still BF but only at night...could it be hormones making me feel this way? Wtf???
