Anal Itching

This is my first pregnancy I am almost a full 30 weeks. I have anal fissures/hemorrhoids but they aren't too bad. So I know itching is also to deal with that. I have been using cortisone cream and preparation H wipes help but they only work for a half hour/ hour. Is there any way I can get it to completely stop?

Ps. I don't have a tub to soak in
