Target, BuyBuyBaby, Babies R Us, Amazon and Walmart that I know of. Also enfamil gives free infant formula samples.

The Krazy coupon lady has a master list of freebies for new and expecting moms. They are rated by how easy they are and if they have any fees or things like that. Also, there's a few states that give you a free baby box after you take a really short online class. The baby box can be used as a bed and has a mattress and comes with lots of goodies. My state doesn't do it but some of yours may!
