Is this mean?

Ok so I want to order a custom pillow which you can add pictures to it and was planning to just add my daughters pictures in it. She's 7 months old. I think it's a cool thing for her. My husband has three kids which we have half the time. We're very family oriented. And a part of me feels bad that I don't really want to add the others kids because I thought this was just something for my daughter. Should I add my stepkids? Would it be mean if I don't?
