positive opks before, during and after spotting

Hi ladies. I'm losing my actual mind! I've had 9 days of positive opks, then spotting 10 days early until yesterday now no spotting but positive opks again today. What's happening? Anyone any experience of this? I'm just so confused and unsure what it means. I'm taking supplements (pregnancare and inofolic) so I don't know if they can cause false positives but how can I be 'highly fertile' for over 2 weeks when I've spotted?
