I don't know if the shot worked or not?!

I'm so lost!!! And out if my mind googling every 5min!!! ttc a little over 2years.insulin resistance/ PCOS. Irregular cycles......so I did 50mg of clomid this cycle had a mature follicle of 19mm on cycle day 11(which was on a Friday) my RE suggested that I pick up the trigger shot if I had not ovulated by cycle day 17....I didn't feel I did so I triggered on CD 18. Took opk and one pregnancy test just to see if the shot worked positive pregnancy test and 1 day where I seen a dark opk. But I didn't have ewcm it's 6days post trigger and I don't know what I'm suppose to feel like never ovulated in life so I don't know for sure if I did? I had nausea yesterday ever little twinge I feel I think it's something. I go for a progesterone test tomorrow but has anyone done trigger and OT NOT worked with a mature follie?
