Breast/nipple soreness

Is there a way to differentiate Pms soreness from pregnancy soreness? Mine have been sore for 4-5 days. I got off the pill in march and have had a little soreness off and on since then, but not this intense and for this long.. I'm about 7-8 dpo (I think)... bfn..
