Mirena 5 year IUD
So once I hit 6 week pp, doctor says I can finally go on birth control. I've only had the pill.. but I am thinking about getting the Iud that lasts 5 years. Has anyone been on this or currently is? Any thoughts on how you like it? Has any side effects happened while you've been on it? My doctor said that it will completely stop my period but other than that she didn't tell me about any other side effects such as gaining weight, breaking out, etc
