hey guys! I got my daith pierced on Friday the 8th and was wondering if anybody had symptoms like mine. I had no pain the day I got it pierced but now the piercing is causing me so much pain in my ear and a little pain in my jaw and neck. I clean it twice a day with a fragrance free soap that the piercer recommended and make sure my hair is put up and away from my piercing. I can't even touch the outside of my ear without being in pain. there hasn't been any pus or blood that has come out of my piercing and no fever, just extreme pain. I've had many piercings before and this hasn't been an issue. did anybody else experience this after they got their daith pierced, and if so what did you do to take care of it and how long did it last?
