I randomly want to cry and have been nauseous

Had spotting or I believe it was spotting 2 weeks ago and I've been nauseous on and off for that time but today really hit me. Also I've had a few sudden urges today to cry, like art has been very beautiful to me lately or other people's journeys have been getting me emotional. Haven't had a period in 2 months and a pregnancy test a month ago said negative (before spotting)
