I work from home, program manger. If you're wondering about working from home and having kids, care for babies and kids is still needed. I have had baby home and tried working and it just doesn't work!

I just started training for Kelly connect. I will be doing technical support over the phone, but they also have customer service jobs & chat jobs (chat fills up quickly though). You can also try the Facebook group virtual workers of America. There's a lot more great leads of various full, part time, or flexible hour jobs.

I work from home in the medical billing industry. This type of job is productivity based. I don't recommend it for people with children under 5. Perfect job though for people who have kids in school.

I work from home as a medical coder. I get paid hourly and need to do a certain amount of work per hour, so baby still needs to go to daycare. Having him home when I'm trying to work is impossible. But like others said, it's nice to do housework and exercise during my lunch.
