My babies face turned red immediately after I wiped his face with a wet wipe by Pampers. This has happened twice. He spit up on my husband so I grabbed the closest thing forgetting that it happened before. This time I took a photo. Don't use them on babies face. Google search said that they were as safe as water, but further searching says pampers has increased the chemical that helps preserve wipes and this is causing some babies to have a reaction even on their bottoms. They don't seem to bother his bottom but immediately had a reaction on his face.
