one night stands

i haven't had sex in 6 months and my friends have convinced me to go on those matchmaking apps. i've gotten invites and propositions but i am nervous - i've never had a one night stand before, but i am open to try it. i am a bit shy and insecure about my body. also worried abt stds. any suggestions and tips?
