worry wart

Okay so I had posted on here yesterday that I had my 35 week appointment and was thinned and dilated to a 2. Well, last night I was having really bad lower back pain and what felt like menstral cramps for about an hour and then it went away. This morning when I woke up I have been having a lot of mucus like discharge with needle like pains in my vagina, along with cramping. I tried to call the doctor's office but of course, they are on lunch. Any opinions?!
