Advice Please !!!!! Left over HCG or NEW Pregnancy !?

I found out I was pregnant at the end of may (confirmed by blood test) but my levels were rising but not doubling and I miss carried at 6 weeks on June 12 I bleed for like a normal period it only lasted about 6 days, my ob thinks I might have pcos but wanted to wait to do blood work until my next period starts. I have been waiting for my period to start which I think should start tomorrow everything is messed up with the MC, out of now where I got the feeling to take a pregnancy test Thursday night I had one left, I knew it was a bad idea and honestly didn't think I would see anything but there is a line as dark as the control line and should up with in the time frame.... could it be left of hcg from the last pregnancy or is it a new pregnancy ? Is that even possible it's only been 4 weeks and 5 days since my MC and we weren't trying we only had sex twice after the bleeding stopped ....... I'll include pictures of my line progression from my MC and the test I took Thursday by its self ... if I am pregnant is it safe ?
