We've got a problem!
So as of Thursday, I went vegan but I haven't been feeling my best and I'm confused as to why. For the past 2 days, I've consumed a LOT of white rice and broccoli, followed by tons of other veggies, and I felt very bloated. I knew I wasn't making healthy choices by having so much white rice but that was due to the limited amount of resources I had in my house. However, I finally went grocery shopping today and got tons of produce! Before going grocery shopping, I had only had 1 banana & I ate a couple of grapes once I got in the car because I had been starving at this point. Anyways, went I ate both the banana this morning and the grapes this afternoon, I felt so nauseous. Then once I finally got home and put away my groceries, I made lunch. I had a mushroom sandwich which included whole grain bread, white mushrooms, lettuce and tomatoes. It was delish but now I feel so full and so bloated AGAIN! I wanna feel light and free but I feel far from it. Idk why my body is treating me like this because I've had a similar lifestyle in the past and my body does well. Eating fruits, veggies, and grains are nothing that my body isn't used to. I am PMS'ing and have been very bloated this month, as I am 10dpo but still, I shouldn't be feeling like a bag of rocks afterwards and I shouldn't be having low energy.
