Ok so I had my baby 7 days ago for the past 3 days I've been having after pains like contractions my question is

Is it normal for them to come and go ? Like yesterday I was fine waking up then during the day I got them again took ibuprofen and went away again

Then today I also woke up feeling great no pain or nothing then went out to the store a little and to the park for a little with my kids which I was sitting down the whole time and I just started getting them again out of nowhere

Is it normal that they come and go randomly?

I'm just wondering because my husband is being very helpful right now at home but he goes back to work on Tuesday and I'm gonna be all on my own so I want to know if it's normal so if I feel them while I'm alone with my children because I can't just sit down all day with the kids I'll be basically up most of the day
