My son is almost 3 and while he does talk after getting his glasses im still concerned about things and asking my family and husband does no good they think its normal. For instance yesterdays incident. We took him to see monster trucks which he was so excited for he couldnt wait and got so excited when we got there!! But meeting the drivers and being around people was a whole different story. Instead of my son being excited about the drivers and trucks he got quiet and looked very uneasy. He wouldnt look at them he let them sign his shirt but he would freeze he wouldnt move he wouldnt speak hed just look away form everyone and sometimes hed have his tongue out biting it or something. Ive noticed a lot of things he does is not like any other 2 year olds ive seen.. He doesnt socialize only with us his parents and grandparents and stuff. He doesnt much care for other children even cousins sometimes he plays with my nephew. He does talk now but he cant talk plain and he gets stuck on the same stuff for long periods of time. For instance what he calls nini soup aka ramen noodles😖! Hes very smart he has pretty bad eye problems but the doctors are taking great care of him. My concern though is his behavior not that hes mean or a bad child hes actually a very good child he just sits and plays with trucks or rides his little four wheeler around. But yesterday and the day before sort of made me wonder if he had something more than his eyes going on. He ran around the play ground flapping his arms and done the same thing over and over again with all of the kids around to play with he wasnt interested he just done the same slide over and over. And yesterday the way he acted and the look on his face like they were gonna kill me I got a little worried. Maybe its just me idk has anyone ever had similar expieriences with there child??
