Early miscarriage advice

I just found out I'm having a early miscarriage. I would if be roughly 5 + 4. My HCG was 97 a week ago and has dropped to 51. I've just started experiencing some brown stained CM should I pass the rest soon like a period ? I just want to be over with sooner rather than later 😞😞
