9dpo and worried

So 7 and 8 dpo at night I had AF like cramps w back ache...tested today at 9dpo and very negative. AF is due in 4 days. I know "you're not out till AF comes" but I'm trying to hold back tears feeling that I'm already out. Is there still a chance? My chart is below
