So I work for myself, I make my own bath bombs and other natural bath and beauty products, but mostly the bath bombs.

A few months ago I was in a car accident and broke my back, so I wasn't able to take any orders for a few months. The first order I take after my accident is from a girl I've taken several orders from before, this person was always messaging me over and over again about the order even before she had sent payment (I make it clear that I won't start an order until I get paid)....

Anyways, I get this large order (24 bath bombs, she was ordering for a few different friends and herself) and she tells me she's waiting for the other women to pay their portion before she can send me the payment. Around a week passes(after contacting me with her order) and she finally sends the money,so I make the bath bombs and pay for shipping on PayPal like I normally do, but of course they weren't letting me print the shipping label so I immediately contacted the woman and told her what was going on and that I am going to have to go into the PO to ship the package but that I wouldn't be able to go into the PO until Monday (it was a Friday). She never responded so I just did what I said I was going to do and went to the post office last week to ship her package and sent tracking info her way. Again I didn't hear anything so I figured she was busy or just wasn't worried about it, until I got on my email today and saw she emailed me last night saying she was going to contact paypal to be reimbursed if I didn't send her tracking (which like I said, I already did)...

I resent tracking and apologized , to be professional, but for real?!

You seriously placed an order and messaged me every day about when it will be ready , when you hadn't even sent payment - and I was nice and told her I would get them done and out within a work week(5 days) from when I received payment -- which I did -- and then you miss the message with tracking info(I also put tracking on PayPal) and message me on a Sunday saying you're going to demand reimbursement for a package that you paid for less than 2 weeks ago and that should literally be there today or tomorrow at the latest?! 😵😵

I don't think I'll be taking orders from this person again.... not worth the stress!
