so S.A. results came back today and partner has very low sperm count and low motility. It also picked up he has an infection in his testicle. he has anti biotics for 4 weeks and a check to make sure they have worked and another S.A. in 4 months. he is feeling crushed and like there is no hope of us having a baby. does anyone have any advice or guidance for us. or have come through a similar situation. thanks x
