I am 6w 4 d pregnant with my first child. I have not had many symptoms (No nausea or illness of any kind). My husband told his mom about the pregnancy and how I had no symptoms and she went into this entire rant about how she had a miscarriage before she had him (he has no siblings) and before she had a miscarriage with that baby, she also had no symptoms. My mom said she had no symptoms with my brother and I. Can anyone offer any support? My first doctor appointment is next Thursday.
