Been going through a lot these past days, I have been fighting lupus since 2008, what lupus is it's an anti immune disease in which the good cells get attacked and can damage internal organs . I unfortunately got kidney disease because of it . Through the years I struggle with lupus like any other disease . But this time it's diffrent since I'm pregnant . Women with lupus are big risk for preeclampsia during the middle or end of pregnancy. Last week I went to my ob and my blood pressure was really high . They sent me to e.r and just ran test on me and saw my Bp wasn't going down.. since lupus flare ups are very similar to preeclampsia symptoms it's difficult to really know if it's preeclampsia or not . So here I am in pain just scared of what's going to happen . The blessing is my baby is doing great . Her heart is fine she's moving normally . But I might stay in hospital til I deliver , or I might deliver at 34 weeks . (I'm 32) I just need some prayers right now I don't know what else to think I'm hoping for the best and I'm hoping I get better all I want is my baby girl to be okay and in my arms . I really hate hospitals but I just want my health and my baby to be in good hands . Any good wishes will help me at the moment 😢❤️
