I'm 30 weeks and 3 days with my 4th. I've had a major drop in my appetite and I've been having diarrhea for about a week now. the baby has also suddenly been feeling really low. I don't feel sick at all. with my other pregnancies I'd have loose frequent stools at the end and that's it. is it normal to experience this now? I know it can be a sign of labor but is it also just normal pregnancy stuff? I've been having some cramping too. they don't feel like contractions but definitely uncomfortable cramps
