Do we have any chance?

This was my DHs first semen analysis. It was done by his primary and we are going to a urologist this week. I'm not exactly sure what it means but I know it's not good. Has anyone ever had similar results and gotten pregnant?

Yikes. That's a very rough screen. If you were to ask a doctor they are going to give you a percentage of likelihood based on the results. If they base it off this screen alone it would be less than 1% BUT!!! Not impossible, there are sperm present and we all know it only takes one. Go see that urologist and ask for their recommendations on how to improve the quality, quantity, pH and health of his sperm. It could be 100% genetic and unchangeable but usually there are a TON of reasons or even a single simple explanation as to why his numbers are so bad. Sometimes it it diet, weight, exercise, working in a hot environment, or literally it's too hot in their pants. It could be anything. Don't lose hope but don't sit idle either. Arm yourself with knowledge, ask for help and advice from your doctors (they love it and that's what they are there for) Take action! You guys can do this!
