Iv just been speaking to a friend about some symptoms Iv been having and she recommended I speak to my midwife about gestational diabetes.

I'm 21 weeks pregnant (almost 22) and have recently started noticing after eating chocolate or sweets I get strong heart palpitations. My Heart feels like it's going to beat out if my chest and I feel breathless! Iv also noticed Iv become very fatigued and I need to urinate more frequently. Which I know is normally in pregnancy but I need to Lee every 10 minutes! Urgently! Iv also been dizzy and lightheaded the past few days!
